现在听音乐已经很少能够静下心来满世界去找了，但是这一段时间听的好东西一点也不必以前少，多亏了两位朋友的推荐。不但听了很多我喜爱的folk rock的佳作，也听了一些爵士和古典，很认真的听了一段时间的trash metal,连以前接受不了的post-rock和电子也慢慢有些感觉了，看了几场牛逼哄哄的演唱会视频，还有不能不提的taking woodstock OST，觉得自己的音乐思维开阔了很多，开始更加容易的去接受更多的东西，突然想大声的感叹一声有朋友真好。

最让我惊喜的是这个叫大湖泳者(Great Lake Swimmers)的加拿大独立folk rock乐队，记得eric那天给我推荐了一个叫不插电的国内音乐厂牌，打开他们的网站是一个很简陋的blog,不插电厂牌旗下发行的唱片都提供免费下载，只有一家赞助商，关于如何活下去他们自己有一套非常波西米亚的逻辑，当时他们网站上的一篇文章介绍他们正在和北京的飞行者厂牌合作把一个叫“Great Lake Swimmers”的乐队拉到国内巡演，另外一篇文章提供这个乐队在不插电厂牌单独发行了一张唱片《The Legion Sessions》的试听和下载，结果我听了第一首歌就不行了，太好听太对我的调调了，吉他鼓点和人声三条主线都是我喜欢的感觉，混在一起异常美妙，于是翻来覆去听了一个晚上越听越喜欢，后来查了资料发现他们还用班卓琴,电吉他和口琴演奏，反正我是没听出来。最近听了好多遍也比较了Great Lake Swimmers的其他专辑我还是特别喜欢这一张，每首歌都能抓住我的心，LIVE版本特别有感觉。

这张‘The Legion Sessions’在不插电提供完整的试听和免费下载，这让我对不插电心存感激，就我查到的资料我估计Great Lake Swimmers即使在加拿大知道的人也不多，愈发让我对那个发现Great Lake Swimmer并把他们带到中国的人肃然起敬，受eric的影响我翻译了Great Lake Swimmers英文维基百科的词条创建了大湖泳者的中文维基词条，希望能给想了解大湖泳者乐队的朋友提供一些帮助，同时也算作我对大湖泳者音乐的致敬吧

YouTube is blocked by GreatFireWall[GFW] again! the block has lasted  two days already which is the longest time

since 2008 BeiJing Olympic Games. i heard somebody said “China is the YouTube nazi” on twitter,of course it is!

So i wrote this  song for YouTube. i tweaked the lyric based on Don McLean’s famous song “American Pie“. i named it “YouTuber Pie”. the tune of “American Pie” is just perfect with the lyric, i really hope somebody can make this a really song someday.

不是我八卦，是奥巴马魅力太大:Natural Born Leader，注定被万众敬仰。昨天在看奥巴马 Inauguration Celebration Concert的时候又被我发现一个八卦，当Garth Brooks登台演唱的时候奥巴马先是陶醉的跟着音乐摇摆，当唱到高潮部分“And them good old boys were drinkin’ whisey and rye,singin’ this’ll be the day that i die”的时候，镜头再切到他的时候奥巴马已经投入的一边点头一边跟唱了。据我后来根据视频对奥巴马口型的观察，我确信奥巴马很熟悉这首歌，连一个字母都没有唱错。

是什么歌让奥巴马如此厚爱呢，我在YouTube以”obama inauguration concert garth brooks”为关键字搜索到这首歌叫”American Pie” , 我在搜索结果上发现YouTube上很多相关视频都是当时在现场观众上传的，可以看到当时现场很HIGH，很多人都在一边跳舞一边跟唱，看来这是一首所有美国人都很熟悉的歌。我又到维基百科上查了一下这首歌的背景，发现这首歌原来是Don McLean的代表作，Don McLean另外一首代表作就是我之前介绍过的纪念文森特.梵高的《VINCENT》,关于这首歌维基百科上是这样介绍的：

昨天晚上把Don McLean长达8分33秒的超长原版听了好多遍，虽然这首歌从歌词上看是首悲伤的歌，但是旋律却异常轻快动听，而且很多地方也比较容易跟唱，不 管你是带着开心还是悲伤的情绪听这首歌都能让你快乐起来。This song rocks!

你是不小心点开这段视频的，当你看到Roger Mcgainn、Tom Petty、Neil Young、Eric Clapton、看到Bob Dylan、看到George Harrison,你吓的关掉视频，你是带着敬畏再次点开视频的，也只有你内心的激动才让你感觉不会太失礼，当音乐响起你看到Dylan藏在Roger Mcgainn后面淡定的弹着吉他，当Roger唱出 “Crimson flames tied through my ears，Rollin’ high and mighty traps…”你还能忍住你的眼泪吗，你把这首“My Back Pages”听了一百遍了，你在想 “让我死在这音乐里我也认了！”，听听George Harrison怎么说Brother Bob的：“a single man playing his guitar on stage could blow away an entire army.”

我对这首歌有太多的感情。这是我几年来听得最频繁的一首歌，没有之一。原版的My Back Pages并不那么欢快，迪伦的公鸭嗓会令喜欢的人更喜欢，而不喜欢的人你就再也别指望他会听第二遍。都说一个人优点从另一个角度来说就是缺点，迪伦的词是音乐界公认的NO.1，你可以说他有内涵同样也可以嫌他过于的冗长，特别在听不懂的情况下，旋律就成了唯一的标准。所以我贴上这长长的歌词，边听边看更能体会这首歌的魅力。

在纪念迪伦从艺30周年的演唱会上，这首歌放在演出的结尾部分，群星们演唱了迪伦的经典曲目之后，几个老哥们抄起家伙重新上阵，演绎了全场最精彩的一首歌My Back Pages。这个版本从旋律、歌词、现场气氛和演出阵容来看，几乎就是完美无缺的。迪伦和他的老朋友Roger Mcgainn、Tom Petty、Neil Young、Eric Clapton、George Harrison，这些人简直就是民谣和摇滚的活化石，除了赈灾晚会，恐怕永远也凑不到一起。

关于纪念迪伦从艺30周年演唱会：

1992年10月16日，为纪念Bob Dylan进入歌坛30周年的一场纪念演唱会在纽约麦迪逊广场举行，许多传奇乐手参与，并在演唱会上演绎他们曾经录制或演唱过的迪伦名作。这场演唱会的阵容真可谓是群星闪耀。举个例子，G. E. Smith和Steve Cropper也只是歌曲的吉他伴奏，连当时还未出名的Sheryl Crow也只是担任和声的任务。

千呼万唤始出来，此时是迪伦终于登场，唱了Song To Woody，别人都向他致敬的时候，他却向前辈Woody Guthrie致敬；他又唱了首冗长的It’s Alright, Ma (I’m Only Bleeding)，不过观众都很给面子，没有嘘他，呵呵；第三首就是这首My Back Pages；接下来全体演员上唱大合唱了Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door；全体退场，只留下迪伦一个人，静静地演完了最后一曲：Girl From The North Country，此时的迪伦俨然一个情人，一个被历史过度记录的老人，一个完全承担得起记录的伟人。

田野麦浪和煦阳光，再加上一瓢淡淡悲伤，也许就是乡村音乐曾今带给我们感官上无与伦比的享受。城市化抄了COWBOY们的老家，也间接毁了乡村音乐。如今农业生产资料价格不断上升，农民们的日子更是难过，大批农田转向种植可以生产生物燃料的经济作物，据说澳洲农民现在连养牛也要被征收二氧化碳排放税，HollyWood电影里cowboy已经开始沦落成了一种复古的称呼。乡村音乐也再难拥有自己的黄金年代。现在的乡村音乐已经不是纯粹的乡村乐，就像Keith Urban的饱受好评的“Golden Road”，看到介绍前我根本意识不到这是一张乡村音乐专辑。听说Bob Dylan扔掉吉他拿起电吉他几十年后还是有乡村音乐迷们希望他能够回归乡村乐，足见乡村乐的魅力还在，也许我们以后只能拾起那些老牌乡村乐手的作品来重温那些感伤的曾几何时…  就像Alan Jackson的这首“Remember When”

这首歌让我想起了那部我非常喜欢的电影”A Walk to Remember“,我想这首歌应该成为这部电影的主题曲也许。

“Don’t want to let go” is latest music albumof Eason Chan.”What Comes After” is a song of this ablum which i love best,and the lyricist is linxi,the best lyricist in  Hong Kong. this album product by the record company Cinepoly.

I’ve just finished listening the music,and i think this album is mediocre.i like “What Comes After” ,that’s the song eason can Control very well.also very fit to eason’s  voice.the melody of the song is nice too. the song “Road…Has Always Been There” is ok,you can try it . I wish to recommend “Don’t Need to Speak” to your guys.the song tell a story about the privity,comprehend,and communication between lovers. i think this is very important! lovers will not be happy without this!

“you belong to me” is a rock and roll song i think ,I first heard in the Original Soundtrack of the movie “natural born killers”. a great blood killer movie directed by Oliver Stone. I like the movie very much! although the movie have so much bloody&violence scenes,but the emotions of the movie is drop-dead sweet! and the love between mickey and mabel is drop-dead pure.

tody i want to talk about the song “you belong to me”,which is my favorite too. the version of this killer movie’s original soundtrack is done by Bob Dylan,the greatest singer of the 20th century. yesterday i found the Jason Wade version in douban,also the Original Soundtrack of the movie “shrek”. this version is really cool! here is the too songs for audition
